Introduction

Le Défi Occitan. This has to be done at least once in a lifetime!
We offer a challenge for you to undertake on a road-bike, in which you will ascend some of the most important passes of this ancient region.

The itinerary you will be able to do it to you to measure, adapting it to your level, we offer you two options:
• The most demanding version, to do the itinerary in the alone day, we offer you the possibility that could be “a king stage” of Tour de France
• The version in two stages

All that along 197 kilometres in which you all will find, in his just measure, to his desire of pedalling and knowing this part of the Pyrenees.

We offer you the possibility of completing it in the direction you wish.
